Lobster Diner

Lobster lovers, it's time to treat yourself at the U Capu Biancu Hotel!
Our chef El Hadji Gadio will surprise your taste buds with the inimitable Bonifacio lobster in all its forms!

This formula includes:
Appetizer and dish around the lobster (about 1.5kg) that you will have previously chosen yourself in the tank, excluding drinks
The sweet creation of Marianne’s day, our pastry chef

Reservations should be made at least 24 hours before D-day
Availability will be communicated to you by reception or by the concierge

"L'Apérosé dînatoire"

We wait for summer as much as the rosé, it will be fresh, it will be fruity, it will be FESTIVE! For dinner, discover and enjoy our 'corsicatapas'.

This diner for 2 people includes:

  • Waters, coffees, homemade myrtle
  • 1 bottle of the best corsican wine served on the bar terrace and accompanied by savory and sweet "corsicatapas".

This exceptional dinner will be served on one of the bar terraces.

Other places can be proposed to you such as: the swimming pool, the arbor facing the sea, in the gazebos on the beach, on the dock...
Reservation 24 hours before with supplement.

The reception will come back to you to confirm availability.

Brasero Evenings at the Beach Restaurant


Are you looking for a relaxed dinner, closer to the water or to the stars, barefoot?  Here it is!  Welcome to our brasero evenings at our beach restaurant. 
 It's until end of August only: Ready, Steady, Go!

Menu at 79€ per person including:
  • Homemade Cocktail of the day
  • Selection of Summer Tapas 
  • Brasero of meat and fish (cut into thin slices to be grilled by oneself) 
  • Salad and potatoes 
  • Dessert 
Open only 3 evenings during the week until Saturday September 2nd,2017:
