Wednesday on the menu it's rotisserie!
In the afternoon, do not be surprised if the tantalizing scents of a "nustrale" piglet or a Corsican veal lead you unconsciously to the rotisserie.
Your nose is not mistaken, this is where the chef takes care while mastering the cooking of well-born and well-raised meat that he will have chosen to make you taste.
An appointment that should absolutely be reserved!
